Description

Selected from the prestigious yeast bank of Doemens Academy Culture Collection, LalBrew Munich Classic came to our portfolio as a “better choice” for wheat beers than an original selection. True to it’s heritage, LalBrew Munich Classic produces high levels of esters and phenols expected of a traditional bavarian wheat strain. As a true top-cropping yeast, Munich Classic can be brewed with classical processes and is sure to impart the traditional clove and banana flavors wheat beers are known for.
