1) Once I place an order, how long does it take to get it delivered to my address?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within India

2) What are your shipping costs? And, where can I see it?

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout

3) How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be receiving an email (at the email address you provide during the checkout) about the tracking details of your order

4) I made a mistake with the shipping address. How do I correct it?

5) Can I have my shipment expedited?

6) I want a GST Invoice 

All our invoices by default come with our GST. Please mention your GST at the time of purchase

7) I received an invoice, but my GST no is missing

Please email your request with your GST number, order ID on speciality.support@zytex.com and we will have it updated
