SHIPPING :
1) Once I place an order, how long does it take to get it delivered to my address?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within India
2) What are your shipping costs? And, where can I see it?
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout
3) How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be receiving an email (at the email address you provide during the checkout) about the tracking details of your order
4) I made a mistake with the shipping address. How do I correct it?
You can contact us via – Email: speciality.support@zytex.com on the same day that you place the order. This is to ensure that we get all the correct information before dispatching the order
5) Can I have my shipment expedited?

6) I want a GST Invoice
All our invoices by default come with our GST. Please mention your GST at the time of purchase . Once order is processed, there won't be any changes in the invoice
Returns, Exchange & Cancellation :
1) Do you accept returns?
No. Product once sold can't be returned or refunded
2) Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at the moment
3) I ordered a wrong item. How do I cancel it?

1) I want a product that is out of stock, do you take Preorders?
Please create an account here to get alerts once stock is up or send an email for pre-orders to speciality.support@zytex.com
2) Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum orders, order as you like
3) Do you offer any technical support for the product?
Depending upon the product, we do offer technical support in terms of basic troubleshooting. We will do our best to guide you with your issues and help you fix it
Payment Related :
1) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We do not have COD option.
2) Do I get a payment confirmation?
Yes, upon placing a successful order. You will receive an email confirmation.
