Description
Farmhouse is a special yeast in the Lallemand Brewing portfolio, being the first yeast produced using advance hybrid technology. This strain is unique in the world of saisons, being a saison strain that was bred without the STA 1, or diastaticus, gene. Many saison strains have this gene, which results in over attenuation and can lead to difficulties later in fermentation and in the package.
